| AniTa 5.2 Enterprise Edition with encryption

Secure Shell (SSH) is today's most commonly used encrypted protocol for terminal
traffic. All logon and data traffic between AniTa and the server is encrypted.
The increased understanding of the importance of data security in computer
networks has raised the demand for encryption in terminal connectivity products
over the last years.
AniTa with
support for SSH has therefore been developed and is currently in beta test.
Support for both SSH version 1.5 and 2.0 is included. Compression of data is also a part of
the implementation. SSH is not always a standard package on the server side.
If not installed it needs to be explicitly installed and activated on the server
before AniTa can connect with SSH.
